Children's Pet Dog Training
A three day course to help children understand how their dog learns, and how to handle it safely and correctly. The course
includes first aid, health care, trick training as well as basic obedience and lots of fun.
Dates - Feb 20th, 21st and 22nd; April 10th, 11th and 12th; July 24th, 25th and 26th
Responsible Owners Certificate
A one day course covering all that the novice dog owner needs to know to care for their pet. The course includes
training, basic needs, healthcare, nutrition, first aid, legal implications.
Dates - Mar 2nd, May 18th, July 6th, Sept 7th, Nov 9th
Introduction to Understanding Dog Behaviour
A two day practical course for anyone wishing to learn more about their dog; why they think and behave as they
do. Topics covered include learning theory, how to stop unwanted behaviours and why they start, training skills health and nutrition.
Dates - March 22nd and 23rd, June 7th and 8th, Oct 4th and 5th
From Trainer to Behaviour Therapist
Why every successful behaviour therapist needs to be an effective dog trainer. A three day course for anyone wishing
to further their knowledge of dog training and behaviour therapy covering ethology, learning theory, how to read and
assess the dog and owner, methods of teaching alternative behaviours and how to train using the dog's emotionality.
Dates - April 19th, 20th and 21st, Sept 27th, 28th and 29th, Nov 22, 23rd and 24th
All courses include refreshments and certificate of attendance.
