There are various services that we have always provided face to face or by phone that you can now take advantage of through with our online forms or by email.

Online Forms

You can use our online forms to:

• Make a general enquiry
• Order food or repeat prescriptions
• Register your pets with the practice
• Make a non-urgent appointment 48 hours or more ahead
• Refer pets for specialist treatment (veterinary practices only)

Email Contact

Listed below are some of the ways we can help you through email. To do this you can either use the "Make a general enquiry" link above to access an online form or use your own email program by clicking to start a new email message to us. Please enter the subject of your email clearly in the Subject box of the new message.

• Ask a vet a question. (NO emergencies please)
• Feedback - any suggestions about improving our services? Anything that you don't like? Has anyone who looked after you particularly well? Any comments are gratefully received.
• Send us your CV. If we don't have any current vacancies advertised, we will hold your details on file. We will contact you should a position arise in the following four months.
• Pet Idol Submissions - if you would like to submit a digital photo of your pet for a chance to have him/her included on our site, send us the photograph as an attachment to your email and include your details, and of course your pet's, in the message body.

Please allow us 2 working days to process your information when you anticipate a reply, although we will try to do so more quickly.
