If you receive regular medication for your pet on repeat prescriptions or wish to order pet food from us, you can use the form below. You can order up to three different products on this form.

We are required to check our patients every 6 months. This is not only to comply with the Law on prescription medicines, but also to ensure that there are no side-effects developing and that your pet is on the best dose regime for them. Therefore, we will email you within two working days, to confirm whether your pet's medicines are ready to collect or whether we need to see them before prescribing any more. Please wait for this email to avoid a wasted trip to the surgery.
