Puppy Club

Puppy socialisation classes are run at our Ringwood Hospital on Saturday afternoons.
Your puppy can join one of these classes ten days after their first vaccination up until sixteen weeks old depending on breed.

The course runs over three weeks, each session is one and a half hours.
Week 1 – How dogs learn, vaccinations and diet.
Week 2 – Worms, Fleas and ticks, your puppies’ health and neutering
Week 3 – Grooming (visiting groomer from Handsome Hounds), teeth cleaning and legalities of dog ownership.

Hello my Name is Oska, My mummy runs puppy classes at her work in Ringwood.
I went to puppy classes when I was little and really enjoyed it and met lots of new friends.
I got to play and learn commands and mummy got to learn too. Mummy said I was a very good Boy.
Mummy is training as a nurse and has just passed her NVQ 2 and is now working towards her Diploma.
Puppy classes are on Saturdays just before dinner time. I will let Mummy tell you more, I may see you there.

Each week there will also be a play session where the puppies can interact and receive basic positive based training to get them started.
The advantage of attending classes at the Vet surgery is that your puppy will become used to visiting the vets for future appointments.
