Nowadays, we are all aware of the advantages of looking after our health in order to lead a longer and more active life. Nothing could be truer for your pet, but the big difference is that they rely on YOU to look after them.

We are all bombarded with information as to what we should or should not be doing for our pets, and our clients often ask us for advice on what is really necessary and which are the best products. That is why we have devised our "Healthy Pet" plans. They use products which we can guarantee are effective, and we can also offer you advice on how often to use them for your pet.

Of course there are many options when looking at ways to keep your pet healthy. These will depend on the type of pet, their lifestyle, and of course the cost of the treatments. That is why we have come up with an easy-to-understand level of care so that you can match them up with your pet and the amount you want to pay. And our Plans now include 10% off consultation fees.

And to make it easier for you to budget, you can pay by monthly direct debit instalments spread out over the year, or pay up front (12 times the monthly figure).

To sign up for a Healthy Pet Plan:

1. Decide which Plan you want and if you want to include any of the options available for that plan.
2. Print off and complete one of the registration forms, and keep a copy for yourself. Please ensure that you complete the "optional extras" part of the form.
3. Complete the Direct Debit Mandate available at the head of the list if you want to pay by monthly instalments. If you wish to pay the full amount we will send you an invoice for payment.
4. Drop the registration and Direct Debit Mandate (if applicable) into your local branch, or send to Healthy Pet Plans, Cedar Vet Group, 69 Christchurch Road, Ringwood BH24 1DH. If preferred you can send the forms as an attachment to an email.

We will then send you a personalised treatment plan for each pet, and instructions on starting your first year.
