Our Ringwood Hospital is open for appointments until 9pm Monday to Friday for no extra charge.
At all other times (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), there is a Nurse on site and a vet on call at our Ringwood Hospital. We are happy to see emergencies at Ringwood during these times. (Note there is an extra charge for these emergencies).

We have had a surgery in West Moors or Ferndown for 20 years now, and are fortunate to have a well established clientele there. The surgeries are held morning and afternoon all week, including Saturday mornings, by our two vets, Collette Jaffarji and Suzy LeGresley. Joy, Lyn and Liz take care of the reception duties and nursing. They can deal with most problems for you, and also perform surgical procedures there several days a week.

The advantage of a practice our size is that we do have the backup should your pet need anything more serious done. Our Ringwood Hospital has facilities for all other procedures, and at Ringwood we have staff working all night should your pet need round the clock care.

The veterinary ambulance carries patients to and from the surgery to Ringwood morning and evening every weekday to save you the trip.

Out of normal hours, just phone our number and you will be put through to the emergency vet at Ringwood.
