Veterinary surgeries are run privately, and do not receive any sort of government grant. We have to charge for our services to pay our staff, to run the clinics, and to re-invest in making our practice better.
Please feel free to phone any of our clinics for more details. We also encourage all clients to ask for estimates of any procedures we may be carrying out, and we will always do our best to honour them.
We accept payment by cheque with a bankers card, credit card (including over the phone), and good old-fashioned cash! We also have facilities for Direct Debit payments. Our Healthy Pet Plans give a discount on all preventative healthy care, such as vaccinations, working and neutering, as well as a 10% discount on all consultation fees.

We realise there may be times when expensive treatment is necessary, but funds are not immediately to hand. We will always discuss the situation and try to be sympathetic, but would ask you to do us the courtesy of doing so at the beginning of a course of treatment. We do encourage clients to take out insurance on their pets for our fees, and there are many companies who sell policies. Having insurance cover avoids embarrassment for you, and means that you do not have to make any difficult decisions on behalf of your pet purely for financial reasons.
