We often have pets who live locally to our Verwood or Ferndown surgeries coming into the Ringwood Hospital for treatment. Our specially kitted out animal ambulance does a daily trip (Monday to Friday) from the branches to Ringwood in the morning and back again in the afternoon. It will also collect from your house if it is difficult for you to drop off your pet at your local surgery.

We have found that this suits many of our clients who do not have time to take off work, or some of whom don't like to drive too far.

The ambulance will also drop off food orders to client's houses as long as they are within our area.

All of these services are free of charge.

(Note: We cannot collect pets at times of day other than the morning or evening run, and the ambulance does not provide a "999 service". )
