Pet Transport

We often have pets who live locally to our Verwood or Ferndown surgeries coming into the Ringwood Hospital for treatment. Our specially kitted out animal transport does a daily trip (Monday to Friday) from the branches to Ringwood in the morning. It will also collect from your house if it is difficult for you to drop off your pet at your local surgery.

We have found that this suits many of our clients who do not have time to take off work, or some of whom don’t like to drive too far.

The transport will also drop off food orders to client’s houses as long as they are within our area.

All of these services are free of charge.

On occasion your pet may require transport from us to a referral practice and in such a cases it may be necessary to send a nurse to accompany them. Such cases may incur a small fee.

(Note: We cannot collect pets at times of day other than the morning run, and the transport does not provide an emergency service. )
